Project Management and Cost Control
An office fit-out or refurbishment begins even before you have an approved design scheme. To achieve this we provide you with an experienced Project Manager, along with a dedicated site team to ensure your project is completed within budget and on time.
We offer full in-house design services but, if you already have a designer or have a large and complex project and wish to separate the management function from the design and construction functions of a project, we can provide an independent Project Management Service, where we would manage the project from inception to completion.
It is essential that monitoring and control of expenditure is undertaken throughout each stage of the project. A budgetary definition of the project will be established at the outset and this will develop into a detailed cost plan to be implemented by effective contract management.
A change control system will ensure that any cost implications of variations are reported to the client prior to being authorised and implemented.
Our Project Manager will ensure that a single system of cost control is implemented throughout the project and will provide a comprehensive cost reporting service.
